STATE WOMEN’S RETREAT
Lost Canyon Ranch, April 13th, 14th, & 15th, 2012

We’re planning a great retreat for 2012. . . and we’re looking forward to you joining us! Please note our special theme is "More Thank Me & My Shadow" based on Isaiah 43:1-3. Our retreat team has been praying and working hard to make this year’s retreat an enriching and incredible experience for the ladies of our state.
Now is the time to begin registering. . . Simply download the registration form & brochures. These can be mailed in individually or as a group, but each lady must fill out a registration form. All forms and payments must be received in the River Valley office prior to the retreat. It works best to have a Retreat Contact Person in your church who will take care of promotion, distributing brochures, collecting registrations, and sending payment in one check for your group. Please note the registration deadlines and costs. To keep the cost of our retreat down, we are once again enlisting servers from each of our churches, if the men in your church would like to help, click here for more information.
Once you arrive at Lost Canyon. . . We are planning to have several registration lines to make check-in quick and easy. Since all registrations are pre-paid, you will simply receive a name tag with a room assignment. Though Lost Canyon has beautiful facilities, they are basically a youth camp with two story buildings and upper and lower bunks. We will provide lower floors for ladies with special needs as well as providing a shuttle to event locations. You can best help us address special needs in two ways… First, by indicating on the registration form if anyone uses a walker or wheelchair. Second, by each group working to take care of their ladies, switching beds as needed, etc. Parking can be very crowded at Lost Canyon, so please try to carpool if possible. More info will be sent with registration confirmation to each registrant.

In life, it’s more than me and my shadow. “He calls me by name and I have nothing to fear!” We can't guartantee there will be snow (or no snow!) but, we are looking forward to you joining us for a unique time of fellowship, worship, and spiritual renewal.
